1970's Puccini Penguin Skying With Crystals Scarf Brooch Too Cute Signed

So sweet, in good condition,all the stones on the scarf there,a few of them not as sparkling with age. Measures approx 3cm. He has 2 red crystals as eyes. Thanks for looking:-)
