Beige Cognac Shade Powder Compact Art Deco Metal Gilt Nice Example

Beautiful compact so tactile. Heavy 59g. It is gold plated, not sure if silver or bronze as base material. It could be silver as I see similar ones in silver gilt and the quality is very good.

It has 2 compartments one for the powder one for lips. Also on the side has a hole for a brush I guess but it's missing. There is a small stamp Doubld BC - bc is for the shade Beige Cognac. The closure is fab, safe, not sure if it had a mirror or not. Measures approx 5.6x 4.2cm. Thanks for looking:-) Nice compact cc.1920s
