Black Doll Composite Head Vintage Possibly Antique Eyes Glancing

I can't find a big deal about this cute doll. The eyes are different as they appear to glance look on one side.She is sweet, the body is made what appears to be material, the dress is sewn on the body. Not sure if the head was maybe added at a later stage to the body. Please study photos, she is sweet. Measures approx 35cm. Thanks for looking:-)
