Boon 17 Rubies Incabloc Men Watch Rare Vintage Read Description

Can't find this make only an antique one Loius Boon not sure if related. I think it has battery as the hands are moving,but not sure. Also don't know if it keeps the time. I sell it as it is so only buy if you are ok with the condition. Measures approx 3cm in diameter.
