This is a marketing item from the French Loterie Nationale ( their lottery). It's made of snake skin very nice closure with the locket. In good condition for its age, the advert is on the mirror Loterie Nationale. The mirror has a minor chip please study photos. This is extremely rare item. Measures approx 8x6x2cm.
