Miniature Portrait Victorian Handpainted Brooch Beautiful Cc.1890

Beautiful painted. I think it's painted on marble or a strong ceramic. It is cold, so I am guessing it's a cold stone. Measures approx 3.5x2.8cm. Thanks for looking:-)
