Propelling Pencil Victorian With Natural Stone Read Description

Nice pencil, white metal, but most likely silver,unfortunately not hallmarked or I can't find it. It has a natural stone on the top, very intricate design. The is missing a part at the base. Please study photos as it's sold as seen. Beautiful example. Measures approx 11cm. Thanks for looking:-)
