"Sooty" Style Teddy Bear Only One Ear 1960s Possibly Chad Valley Or Merrythought

He is lovely and needs to be loved and perhaps fixed. I thinks looking at the colour probably is Merrythought or Chad Valley. Measures approx 42cm in height. Thanks for looking:-)
