Original chromolithograph dated 1895, illustrated by Richard Simkin. Depicts three soldiers of The Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment (50th & 97th Foot) in full dress uniform: scarlet tunics, white belts, and dark blue trousers with red stripes. One soldier stands with rifle at ease; the others are shown in relaxed stances against a pale landscape with grassy foreground. Captioned “THE QUEEN’S OWN ROYAL WEST KENT REGIMENT 50TH & 97TH FOOT” beneath the image. Simkin’s signature appears lower left.
